Neeraj Thakur
21+ years of post-qualification experience in corporate finance leadership roles across multinational and consumer-facing businesses including Honeywell, Philips, Crocs, RELX, Hey Dude Footwear and more, with early career foundation built with a group like TATA.
His expertise spans financial planning and analysis, business partnering, growth strategy, budgeting and forecasting, internal controls, and audit and compliance.
He has led business finance as Interim Country Business Head, Director Finance, Business Partner — owning P&Ls, driving strategic planning, leading ERP and systems transformations, and managing governance across global, multi-country organisations. That operating experience, paired with core Chartered Accountancy expertise, is what shapes how the firm works.
